Based in Strassen, EASYMMO.LU is an independent real estate agency founded in 2022. The agency was created by two founding partners, Emmanuel and Sébastien, long-time friends who built their careers in finance in Luxembourg and brought that discipline—clarity, process and accountability—into real estate.

Our mission is straightforward: make selling and buying smoother by combining the best of local, human expertise (pricing guidance, negotiation, on-the-ground knowledge) with the best of digital tools (efficient workflows, better presentation and real-time follow-up). We also chose a model designed for transparency: a fixed fee, payable only upon success, so you know the cost upfront and stay focused on the result.

From a free on-site valuation to the notarial deed, we handle every step: preparing the file, defining the sales strategy, producing professionally edited photography, creating a 3D virtual tour, publishing on major portals and actively leveraging our buyer network. We reduce time-wasting visits by running an initial virtual viewing and by carefully qualifying buyers—including checks on financial capacity—before physical appointments. With coverage in Luxembourg City and roughly a 15 km radius, our advice remains truly local and market-grounded.
