We offer fixed and unique fees of €10,000 excluding VAT for an apartment and €15,000 excluding VAT for an all-inclusive house, which are only payable once the property has been sold. This includes the ad (text and photos produced by a professional), the plan, the 3D visit, the publication of the ad on reference sites, a dedicated real estate expert who informs you of the progress of the sale in real time and accompanies you at every stage of the sale. We assist you to gather all the documents necessary for the sale throughout the process until the notarial deed.

We take care of the visits. After coordinating with you on the most relevant times for you and the buyer, we completely manage this part. You are informed in real time of each new visit and then receive a report from your advisor. Note that the first visits of buyers are made virtually (unless specifically requested by the seller).
It has nothing to do, if you go through ad sites, you will have to take care of everything: write and post your ad, take photos, provide a plan, organize visits, negotiate with buyers, a little like selling your car yourself, it will take you a long time. By going through Easymmo.lu you can make a very significant reduction in agency fees, you will pay much less than with a “classic” real estate agency. This difference will come back to you directly or allow you to put your home up for sale at a lower price in order to sell it more quickly. You can thus either increase your “net seller” (the money you will receive following the sale) or decrease the displayed price. In addition, your ad will be broadcast on our own network of buyers in addition to real estate portals.

In addition, we use digital as much as possible to simplify certain tasks that are time-consuming for traditional agencies. We post our ads on leading real estate portals, which gives us very broad coverage of ad sites as well as on our Easymmo.lu site and of course our own network of buyers.
You will only have to pay the lump sum if the property is sold, that is to say when the deed of sale is signed at the notary.

We take care of the negotiation with potential buyers after having assessed their solvency, in agreement with you. We keep you constantly informed of the progress of the discussions and we advise you on the quality of the offers received.

We help you to compile the complete file and write the sales agreement. We accompany you throughout the process until the notarial deed.
First, you won’t be charged until the property is sold. In addition, we will advise you on a new sales strategy based on another way of presenting the property, a price revision, work to be done, or another seasonality.
We offer exclusive mandates but for a period of 2 months only. After 2 months, if we have not signed a sales agreement, you will have the choice of extending our mandate or it will be automatically terminated. That is to say that you are then free to sell by yourself or to call on another agency.

It may happen that your property is already for sale when you contact us. In this case, we offer you an exclusive mandate as soon as your situation allows it.

Yes, we travel for free to carry out an accurate real estate valuation of your property, make you a recommendation on its selling price and on the best selling strategy. Our real estate advisers are there to accompany you and advise you on your real estate project as a whole.
We currently operate in Luxembourg City and within a radius of approximately 15km. Our advisors have local expertise and use a range of digital tools on a daily basis.
