We offer fixed and unique fees of €10,000 excluding VAT for an apartment and €15,000 excluding VAT for an all-inclusive house, which are only payable once the property has been sold. This includes the ad (text and photos produced by a professional), the plan, the 3D visit, the publication of the ad on reference sites, a dedicated real estate expert who informs you of the progress of the sale in real time and accompanies you at every stage of the sale. We assist you to gather all the documents necessary for the sale throughout the process until the notarial deed.
We take care of the negotiation with potential buyers after having assessed their solvency, in agreement with you. We keep you constantly informed of the progress of the discussions and we advise you on the quality of the offers received.
It may happen that your property is already for sale when you contact us. In this case, we offer you an exclusive mandate as soon as your situation allows it.
